Autumn has arrived! And even though we here at Albertine have long been out of school, the season makes us think of comfy cardigans, scarves, boots, and books…lots of books.  So along with the help of our favorite neighborhood bookstore, Three Lives & Company, we’ve compiled a list of books to feed that back-to-school feeling.

Caffe Dante

Caffe Dante has been in the West Village at 81 Macdougal since 1915, epitomizing old school.  True-hearted New Yorkers swear that they make the finest cappuccino around.  We love the cheesecake but sitting outside with a cappuccino is the nicest.

Amy is our go-to gal at Albertine General.  She keeps everything running smoothly and has extensive knowledge of antique jewelry.

It looks like she’s wearing three belts but it’s really one!

We love the mix of brass and lucite–very versatile,  goes great with everything.

Rings by Cave Canem.
Exquisite stackable Promise Rings, available in other stones like emerald, sapphire, and rubies.  The second ring is a 60′s reproduction in 14kt gold. It’s a great statement piece and is also available in silver.
